Course description:

International Management is a modern Master’s degree programme conducted entirely in English, designed for students who wish to build an international career in business, consulting, entrepreneurship or management. The programme provides students with advanced knowledge of international management and the analytical, strategic and leadership skills required to succeed in a complex and rapidly changing global economy.

The curriculum combines academic excellence with practical business experience through case studies, project-based learning, teamwork, and innovative teaching methods. Students develop critical thinking, problem-solving, intercultural communication, and leadership competencies while learning how to manage people, resources, and business processes in multicultural and international environments.

A unique advantage of the program is the opportunity to participate in a double degree scheme with University of Messina in Italy. Selected students can study there free of charge and earn two Master’s diplomas – one from AGH University and one from the Italian partner University (more info: International Management – double degree). This international experience significantly enhances career prospects and provides valuable exposure to different academic and business cultures.
